In my life hotpot is only one dish that I can eat everyday, and did not tire of eating it. If you are a foreigner and you have never eaten that, you will not understand what it is. I do my best to find some other name of hotpot, such as chafing dish, chaffy dish, chafing-dish and so forth.Now I am going to tall you why i like it, maybe you will know what it is and why I like it.
First, hotpot is a Chinese folk flavor dish; it is a very popular across the whole of China, it was invented by Ancient Chinese people, Hot-Pot in China has 1900 years of history.
Second, In China there are many types of hotpot, For example, Sichuan hotpot, DongBei hotpot, ChongQing hotpot and so on, Different areas have different styles of dishes in China.
Third My hometown is in the north of China, DongBei hotpot is the best famous in there. People would like eat that in winter. You can put any food what you like to eat in the hotpot. For instance, Vegetables, fish, meat, seafood, noodles, dumplings and so on. It contains a wide variety of nutrients. And you can also choose to taste the seasoning unreasonable
It is really delicious!
Finally, I want to say if you have the opportunity to go to China you must taste delicious hotpot. I believe that you will never forget it.
